The First Time…

I just read this article, and I admit, I got giddy whenever I remember this episode. One thing I could say though is that there are things that needs to remain private between two parties, all we have to do is just support them and let’s see as to where they would go.

Be honest Aldubnation. I’m 100% sure that you guys are not over the events of yesterday’s episode. I know I’m not!

Everybody remembers their “Firsts.”

First Car. First Pet. First Love. First Kiss.

There’s something about “firsts” that is so memorable, so unforgettable, and so special.

I know I keep in my heart and in my memory my firsts. Okay don’t ask me what they are haha *baste*

The minute Maine came out of the dressing room, I immediately tweeted saying that this may be a “Wedding Dry Run” and asked if the “You may now kiss the bride” part – meaning the kiss will also be practiced. True enough my musings did come true! Yipee!

Lo and behold even as the very irritating “Potpot” had already made it’s usual badly timed entrance, Alden slowly moved in closer, closer, then mouthed some words, then moved in for a kiss. I swear…

Getting to Know Ate Dub Nikki Mendoza-Catalan

It’s funny but I feel the same way as Niki towards her sibling. Nothing will ever replace a sibling bond.

Huggable Me Writes

Besides being a fan of the Phenomenal Duo Aldub, I have also been such a huge fan of Maine’s very strong support system – her family.

People have always noted and appreciated the kind of breeding Maine has. Obviously, it is a reflection of how well she was raised by her family. This is what molded her to become the kind of woman she is now.

And one essential person who can be considered as a part of Maine’s stronghold is no other than her eldest sister, Nikki Mendoza-Catalan – more fondly referred to as Ate Dub.

And through our group Sakololo’s Event, we were able to hold our 4th Monthsary with a back to back celebration through an outreach program with Ate Dub Nikki and Baeyaw John. And I was given the rare opportunity to sit down and chat with Ate Dub. It didn’t even feel like an interview at…

Lessons of the Past…

ANSERA is the epitomy of the so-called TAMANG PANAHON.

I agree with the note that TRUE LOVE waits, it may be days or even years apart.

As for REAL events, I am also saddened that the people who should be the one understanding and lifting them up, were also the ones who put pressures on and letting them down.

We are ONE Nation (I, Myself included), We must be more supportive of their decision, just like what Alden said before “What’s bound to happen will always find a way..”. Let the two of them take their own course.

Apart from the super cool showdown between the Lolas and JoWaPao, there was one thing that really made me love the episode last Saturday.

It was the return of Anselmo.

First of all it was genius of Eat Bulaga to have chosen Eddie Gutierrez to portray Anselmo. He was one of the guys I had in mind that would be perfect for the part.

What I truly appreciated is that the story of Anselmo and Nidora. If for some peope  it’s just the same old kiligan portion thing again, you are surely mistaken.

Ito’y storya ng tunay na pag-ibig. Pag-ibig na nagsasakripisyo. Pag-ibig na naghihintay. Pag-ibig sa Tamang Panahon.

Somewhere down the road… Our roads are gonna cross again it doesn’t really matter where…

Matindi ang pinagdaaanan ni Nidora at Anselmo. Napakaraming pagsubok at paghihirap. Isinakripisyo ni Nidora ang kanyang kaligyahan at pagmamahal kapalit ang pagsagip sa buhay ni Anselmo…
